Psychology Cap
Psychology Cap is a platform dedicated to those that have an interest in psychology and mental health. This website aim at giving practical advice on studying psychology, developing your understanding of the subject and providing academic and career assistance. Our ultimate goal is to give individuals who will subsequently have an impact on the mental health/ care system suitable tools to have an effect on their community.

I’m Leeroy Moukouta, a Trainee Clinical Psychologist with a master’s in Applied Neuropsychology and a bachelor in neuropsychology. I’m training to become a Clinical Neuropsychologist because I’m passionate about how the brain shapes behaviour, cognition, and everyday functioning.
My clinical journey has included roles as an Assistant Psychologist, Teaching Assistant, Support Worker, and volunteer in rehabilitation settings. Those experiences taught me the value of practical, evidence-based interventions — and sometimes the frustration of wanting to do more for people when I lacked the authority or specialist knowledge to help. At the same time, I’ve been inspired by the progress I’ve witnessed and the resilience of the neurodiverse community.
Born to Congolese parents and raised in France, I’ve seen how culture affects care and attitudes toward mental health and neurodevelopmental differences. That perspective fuels my commitment to improving access to clear, culturally aware psychological information. Through Psychology Cap, I share practical resources for families, students, and professionals — with the aim of translating neuropsychology into tools people can actually use.
